Board of Directors

Lage Jonason Chairman of the Board. Jonason, with more than 30 years of experience from the financial industry, acts as managing director for Lage Jonason AB – a corporate advisory firm - which he founded in 2004. Between 1996 and 2002 Jonason held the position as managing director for JP Nordiska AB. Prior to JP Nordiska, Mr Jonason served in executive positions in Förvaltnings AB Ratos and Investment AB Skrinet. Mr Jonason has vast experience from venture capital and has a strong record with companies such as NetInsight, Orexo, CityMail and Qeyton. Mr Jonason has during his career served in more than 50 boards, listed and non listed companies. Mr Jonason holds a degree in Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law.

 

Lars Egnell Worked with radio development for Ericsson Radio Systems from 1970 to 1976. During the 80s he held the position as Manager, Optical Communications Research at Telia and from 1990 to 93 he was working for Ericsson in Japan as a technical liaison officer. 1993 Egnell founded Transport Network Application Laboratory at Ericsson which he also managed until 98 and where he pioneered the development of the new DWDM product family. In 1998 Egnell founded Qeyton Systems AB where he held positions both as CEO and CTO until 2000 when the company was acquired by Cisco. Since 2001 he has been an active investor in start up companies. Egnell holds a Masters degree and a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm specialized on transmission and optical communication.

 

Göran Strandberg, Partner, Verdane Capital Advisors. Prior to Verdane, Strandberg served as senior advisor at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv as well as Executive Director of Novestra AB (Sweden). Göran has some 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working at Nokia and Cisco, among others. At Cisco he was a member of the European executive management team and managing director of Cisco Systems Nordic. He is a board member in several companies including Proximion, Columbitech AB, C3 Technologies AB and Wireless Maingate AB.

 

Rudolf Wiklund Served as CEO of Geotronics AB (today part of Trimble), for more than 20 years until 1992. Wiklund then became the main owner of precision measurement instrument manufacturer CE Johansson from 1993 until 1998 when it was acquired by Newport Corporation and later part of Hexagon. He is a board member in Optronic and Proximion. Wiklund holds a Master in Science in Electronic Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
